My praises to you on MVIRS. We have been using it since June 2007, and it is hard to believe we got along without it. It is the biggest time-saver in our shop. Easy, easy, easy is the best way I can describe the system. No more lost stickers, no more, ‘where has this been applied?’, no more wasted time finding lost applications or stickers due to rushing and forgetting to write the proper things on the R.O. Even a total computer dummy like me can use it with ease. And your tech support is outstanding; do you guys ever sleep? You have always been there to answer our questions. I strongly recommend getting MVIRS to anyone doing state inspections – the time savings alone is worth ten times the price!
MVIRS cuts our sticker writing time in half. It is nearly impossible to make mistakes or to omit required information, and because the MV-431 is computer printed, our auditor will no longer complain about sloppiness. Record keeping is easier, and we won’t have to keep large books around anymore – just a 3-ring binder. We had MVIRS on evaluation for three days, and that was all we needed – we’ve just purchased. I heartily recommend MVIRS to every inspection shop.
My relationship with Automotive Inspection Systems could not be any better. They work hand-in-hand with any problem or suggestion you may have to better the program. Now that I’ve been using MVIRS for a couple of years, I’ve found that the inspection reminder feature alone has more than paid for the cost of the program. MVIRS is one of the best investments I’ve ever made.
MVIRS is a lifesaver, not to mention a time-saver…we love it! And our auditor loves it as well. Updates are done frequently and the support staff is always willing to help anytime you need them. Why would anyone use the books? Sloppiness and clerical errors are eliminated, not to mention the speed, especially with the barcode reader, which is a must if the techs write up their own inspections. This program is a MUST for any safety garage.
We’ve been using MVIRS since December of 2004 and it is by far the best of the two systems we’ve used. Any professional doing PA State Inspections would be doing themselves a favor by using MVIRS. I have 12 technicians in a busy dealership and to a man they say the MVIRS program is one of the best shop tools we have ever supplied for them. It is quick and very easy to use. No more writing in the book, which means no more mistakes with record keeping. I highly recommend it.
